KNOCKOUT PAIRS & TRIPLES COMPETITION RULES
(as of April 2026)
Finals Day is always the first Friday in September
Finals are to be played on a neutral green arranged by the Competition Secretary
Dress up to the Finals is Greys or club colours
Dress for Finals is Whites or club colours
Finals' players must be available to play between 10.00 am and 4.30 pm on Finals Day
The names of any team that plays in the Final will be on the trophy
COUNTY Rules apply with the exception of those listed below
Matches to be played within the dates by arrangement with the opposition
Three dates to be offered including one weekend. No county dates to be offered unless agreed by opponents. Weekdays may be offered if agreed by both parties. Dates to be offered within 3 days of the previous closing date
Games in May and August must commence no later than 5.30 pm
If a game is rained off and cannot be played on the opposition's green or a neutral green within the Warley Woods League, the game must be re-arranged and played before the closing date. If it is not played both parties will be eliminated
All games to consist of 18 ends unless conceded
Under no circumstances will any extension be agreed
Club stickers must be used in all competitions. Any club not complying will lose 2 shots
Players in these competitions must pay the home club green fees
