The Hartswood Day at Upminster Bowls Club on 11th July I think everyone would agree was a very enjoyable, well-organised day for the two Leagues. Unfortunately Hartswood retains the trophy but there's always next year! Many thanks to the Hartswood League for hosting the day at Upminster Bowls Club in very trying weather conditions.
:Another very successful rep day against the Gidea Park League took place on the 22nd August at Brentwood Bowls Club. Everyone enjoyed the lovely somewhat cooler weather, a very lovely lunch and the icing on the cake winning the Trophy! .Once again, many thanks go to all at Brentwood Bowls Club for ensuring this day was a success..
Knock-Out Competitions Finals Day - this is always held on the first Friday of September which in 2026 is 4th September. The Rules for these competitions can be found on the Knockout Comps page along with downloadable draw sheets for the Pairs and Triples. As you can see from the Results Page for these competitions Haynes Park will be hosting the Finals this year and boththe Triples and the Pairs will commence at 11.00. Everyone is welcome to come along and enjoy what we're sure will be a good bowls competition..
Presentation Lunch to be held on Sunday 1st November 2026 at the same venue as last year in Upminster. The forms for this lunch should be up on Clubs' noticeboards now to enable you all to make your menu choices.
Annual General Meeting to be held on Sunday 15th November 2026 at Brentwood Bowls Club (parking fees apply as above). Please remember that all Warley Woods League players can attend the AGM and we look forward to seeing yo on the 15th November 2026.

Friday 5th September 2025 - Knockout Finals
Both finals were represented by the same two Clubs, Romford and Clock House.
The TRIPLES FINAL played in the morning was won by the
Clock House team of Angela Ueckermann, Margaret Tinton and Paula Edgell
in a close fought game against the Romford team of Dot Pope , Suzanne White and Pat Powder .
